The room was large and tidy with a resident bouncy castle for kids to run about. The meals in the bar were great. The hotel was in a central location, not far from town, train stations, and the town center. The staff was very helpful and excellent, giving us their full attention.

I had a great stay. Excellent breakfast, the food was fabulous. The rooms were neat and themed, for kids to run about with a resident bouncy castle. Location: the hotel was right by the garden, town centre and bus and train stations and Liverpool for a couple of days. Tried some takeout specials at Chopsticks, luckily it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

We enjoyed having breakfast in the bar. Perfect and ideal location to nearest shop, met expectation...

The location was great, with easy access to Bluebell Cottage Gardens. It was also conveniently close to the town center and bus and train stations. The hotel had a nice beer garden, which was perfect for the kids. The restaurant was just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The budget twin room was well maintained and neat and had an extremely comfy bed.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was perfect for my needs. The location was ideal, within walking distance to a hospital and other amenities. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with fresh and clean beddings and towels. The owner and his wife were extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The shared bathrooms were well-maintained and provided towels, and each room had a kettle for that all-important morning cuppa. It was a great budget option for a night away.

The shared toilet and shower, which had low water pressure but still served its purpose.

I got great value for my money at the Imperial. The room was comfortable and well-priced. The location was perfect for my needs, within walking distance of town and the train stations. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome during my stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better, especially on a Sunday when it wasn't served. It would have been nice to have more options available for guests.

Had a great time at this hotel over Christmas! Loved the warm welcome we received upon arrival, and the complimentary drink was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. it was a wonderful experience!

While our stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The room was a bit too warm, and the window didn't open very far, limiting ventilation.
